VAGDEVI KALA UTSAV 2023 – BRAHMANDA – THE UNIVERSE

Kala Utsavs are Annual Cultural Events at Vagdevi Vilas Institutions, which help the students in bringing out the latent talent hidden in each one of them and enable them to experience the rich and vibrant lndian culture. Students get an opportunity to participate in various events and experience the diverse offerings of our culture and broaden their horizons.

This year, Vagdevi Kala Utsav 2023 was based on the theme, “Brahmanda – The Universe”. The event was  held on 18th and 19th August 2023, at Vagdevi Vilas School, Marathahalli .

The event was graced by eminent personalities like Shatavadhani Shri.Dr.R Ganesh, an eminent scholar, orator & writer, The Vedic Scholars, The Challakere Brothers, Shri. M S Ramaswamy and Shri. M S Srinivasan, Dr. B.N Suresh, Chancellor of lndian lnstitute of Space Science & Technology, former president of lNAE & former director of Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre,Thiruvananthapuram.

The Challakere brothers as ” Vagdevi Veda Ratnas“.

The Mega Event was filled with mesmerizing  performances by the students across the levels. Various competitions such as Shloka chanting, Quiz,  Rangoli, Leaf painting, Pebble art & Group Dances  were organized for the students .  There was extensive participation from various schools in and around  Bengaluru. The students enjoyed participating in various competitions and winning the prizes.

The  Vibrant and Energetic  performances based on Nature,  Panchabhootas, Navarasas, Dashavataras , Brahmanda purana and Trilokas, left the audience spell bound & mesmerized! The  wonderful ambience & the festive atmosphere  of Kala Utsav was loved by all those who stepped into the School Campus.

Vagdevi Kala Utsav  was truly a  memorable event liked by  one & all. Appreciations and accolades kept pouring in post the conduct of the Mega Event, from the parents, students and entire audience alike !!!
