On 26th January 2024, Vagdevi Vilas School, Marathahalli celebrated the 75th Republic Day of India with great splendour.

The event began with the school band escorting the Chief Guest, Chairman of the Vagdevi Vilas Institutions, Shri K Harish, Principal, Smt. Y Padma Sagar , Vice Principal, Smt Muthulakshmi S along with other dignitaries. The Chief Guest unfurled the national flag while the entire audience took the general salute with great pride.

The Chief Guest , Shri K Harish in his address emphasized on the greatness of our Motherland ‘Bharath’, instilling  the true feelings of patriotism in each & everyone. Various cultural programmes marked the occasion. Group songs, mass drills, speeches in different languages and group dances were performed enthusiastically by the students depicting the joy and pride of our Nation. A special yoga display and karate display were the highlights of the day. A wonderful display of adventure sports such as fire jumping and bike show stole the show.

The event culminated with the rendering of National Song in true patriotic fervor.
