Pre-Primary Education
Pre-Primary years are integral part of Children’s Education, developing vital academic, physical, social and emotional skills that prepare young children for school.
Pre-Primary education lays a foundation for all forms of education for the rest of the child’s life.
Kindergarten Methodology
The kindergarten environment is an on-going cycle of observing children, guiding their learning and assessing their progress. It helps the child to develop good habits, proper attitudes and desirable social skills. Learning in the school is made enjoyable through the child-centered curriculum following the play-way approach of education. The all round development of the child is fostered by providing various first-hand experiences for observing, exploring and discovering. Thorough monthly themes & weekly learning objectives, children learn new concepts.
Here we ensure that children realize their full developmental potential and grow into productive adults.
Montessori Methodology
The basic principle of the Montessori philosophy of education is that all children carry within themselves the person they will become. It strives to educate each child to acquire self-esteem and a positive attitude towards learning.
The child moves freely around a Montessori classroom, talking to other children, working with any equipment he/she chooses, or asking the adult (teacher) to introduce new material. Activity based learning will prompt the child to enjoy the activity work and learning happens quite naturally.
The program includes individualized teaching, self corrective materials as well as a stimulating environment. The lessons are individualistic, simple and brief focused on objectivity.
The Montessori class operates on a principle of freedom within limits. Each class has its set of ground rules based on respect for each other and for their environment. The adult (teacher) follows the child, and acts as a facilitator for the child to discover and learn on his / her own.
