Vagdevi Vilas School, Marathahalli hosted its Annual Sports Meet 2023-24  in the month of  December 2023 . Various competitions were conducted under individual category and as group events.

The Sports Valedictory Ceremony was held in all its grandeur on 21.12.2023. The event was graced by our Chief Guest Sri K Harish, Chairman of Vagdevi Vilas Institutions, Principal Smt. Y. Padma Sagar and other dignitaries.

The event commenced with the March past by the students of all the four houses-Agni, Vayu, Akash and Bhoomi  followed by General Salute. The event was marked with various cultural programmes like Mass Drill, Dance performances  and Yoga performance which enthralled each and every one. The students participated in the final sports events like running race, relay , throwball and basketball with great enthusiasm and true sportsmanship.

The Chief Guest  in his address emphasized on the well being of the students ,the necessity to play regularly to stay fit and lead a healthy life.

During the prize distribution ceremony the winners received the medals and certificates  with great honour and pride. The Overall Championship Trophy was rewarded to Bhoomi house and the Runner-up Trophy was rewarded to Agni house.

It was indeed a day filled with fun, enthusiasm and good memories to cherish .
