The INSEF Regional Fair- 2022 was conducted by Science Society of India in association with Vagdevi Vilas Institutions on 12th November 2022. Twenty-eight shortlisted projects were presented in the fair by students from various schools across the State. The fair began with an inaugural ceremony which was flagged off by the Chief Guest Sri. K. Harish, Chairman, Vagdevi Vilas Institutions, Sri. Narayan Iyer, President Science society of India, along with other dignitaries. After the inaugural function, the exhibits were judged by a group of distinguished people with expertise in various fields.

The event was concluded by the valedictory function which was presided over by Shri.S. Hiriyanna, Former scientist ISRO, along with other dignitaries. Along with the other prize winners, students of VVSM also bagged various medals. S.Madonna  and A.Tanvi Reddy  of Standard X  bagged Gold medal for their innovative project ‘Madtan Pen’.  Navya Shree.R of Standard XI bagged Silver Medal for her project ‘Preparing a medicinal soap with Aegle marmelos’. Aditya Reddy & Aditya Prakash of Standard IX won Bronze medal for their project ‘Fruits and Vegetables sorter’ and Bhavashree A & Grishma CH of Standard VIII won Honourable Mention Award.
